All equipment manufactured by Hydrological Services is protected by a 3 year parts and labor warranty.

Equipment supplied, but not manufactured by Hydrological Services carries a 12 month parts & labor warranty unless otherwise stated in an official quotation or letter.

This warranty covers all workmanship and materials. Warranty does not include malfunction due to incorrect installation or damage due to mishandling.

Hydrological Services America’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at Hydrological Services America’s option) products, which have been returned prepaid to Hydrological Services America. We will return warranted equipment by surface carrier prepaid.
